Pricing

Rate: $185/hour plus materials

Booking Minimum: 1 hour

Maximum Service Time: 2 hours

To confirm your booking, we collect a $50 deposit, which will be applied to your service total. This helps us reserve your time and prepare for your project. If you need to reschedule, just provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll gladly apply your deposit to your new appointment.

• Adjusting or rehanging interior doors that rub or won’t latch

• Replacing cabinet hinges, knobs, or drawer slides

• Re-securing loose railings, towel bars, or handrails

• Patching small drywall holes or dents

• Re-caulking bathtubs, showers, or backsplashes

• Hanging pictures, mirrors, shelves, or whiteboards

🪟 Interior Finishing

• Touch-up painting (small walls, trim, or baseboards)

• Installing weather stripping on doors or windows

• Replacing door sweeps for improved insulation

• Installing blinds or curtain rods

• Furniture or cabinet assembly

• Mounting TVs (with prior wall-type confirmation)

• Installing pre-purchased closet systems (small scope)

• Replacing or installing mailboxes, house numbers, or doorbells

🚿 Seasonal & Exterior

• Cleaning dryer vents (accessible locations only)

• Light gutter cleaning (1-story max)

• Swapping window screens or storm doors

• Replacing exterior light fixtures (porch, motion-sensor, etc.)

🧭 Our Service Process

Step 1: Requesting Service

Submit your request using our online booking form. Please include a clear description of the task and any relevant photos to help us prepare.

Step 2: Scheduling

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll confirm a time slot. Upon arrival, we’ll evaluate the task to ensure it fits within the 1- to 2-hour service window.

Step 3: Confirmation

Appointments will be confirmed in writing (via text or email) at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes must also be made 24+ hours ahead to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Step 4: On-Site Arrival & Assessment

Our technician will arrive within the scheduled time window, walk through the task with you, and confirm the final scope.

The clock starts upon arrival. If your project looks like it may exceed the scheduled hour, we’ll discuss your options and determine the best next steps — no surprises. To ensure efficiency, we limit service appointments to 2 hours maximum.

Step 5: Work Execution

Work begins once you approve the scope. Our technician will maintain a clean and safe work area throughout. If materials are required and not already on-site, the technician may leave briefly to purchase them (time billed accordingly unless other arrangements are made).

Step 6: Completion & Review

After the job is complete, we’ll do a walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets expectations. Please report any concerns during this review.

Step 7: Payment & Receipt

Payment is due upon job completion unless alternate terms were agreed to in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, and electronic transfer.

Step 8: Warranty & Follow-Up

We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all labor. If something isn’t right, just let us know — we’re committed to making it right.
