The garden window became a place of peace while at the kitchen sink. The pot filler at the stove makes it much easier to fill a pot for pasta. The study/mail area was scribed into the neighboring brick by expert craftsmen

Christiana Landing condo kitchen remodel
In this condo overlooking the city of Wilmington and the Christiana river we made a few changes with the help of the City for permitting and the building management for the logistics of working on the 17th floor. We added a dishwasher, moved some of the island cabinets, lowered the eating bar, added some lighting, and a beautiful backsplash to top it off.

This project involved relocating/swapping the kitchen and the dining room. We added a large patio door, lighting for the spaces, hardwood floors to tie in to the rest of the house, and a simple cabinet design to make the kitchen of this customer's dreams.
